Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.
NOT COVERED
- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The ARAD Multi-Jet 25mm Magnetic Water Meter is a robust and high-precision inline flow meter designed for accurate water measurement in residential, agricultural, and industrial applications. Utilizing a proven multi-jet measuring principle, it ensures consistent performance and reliability even in hard water conditions.
Designed with only one moving part—the impeller—in contact with water, the meter minimizes wear and ensures long operational life. The magnetically driven sealed register prevents water ingress and fogging, maintaining clear readability over time.
Manufactured from corrosion-resistant copper alloy, the meter is built for durability in demanding environments. It supports a maximum working pressure of 10 bar and operating temperatures up to 50°C, making it suitable for a wide range of installations.
The 25mm BSP inline connection allows easy integration into pipeline systems. Optional dial configurations and output options provide flexibility for advanced metering and monitoring applications.
