The EMEC SEFL Flow Sensor range is designed to monitor and verify chemical flow in dosing systems, ensuring connected dosing pumps operate accurately and reliably. Installed directly on the pump discharge or available with bracket-mounted configurations, SEFL flow sensors detect liquid flow and provide continuous feedback to identify interruptions caused by blocked lines, air locks or loss of chemical supply.
Manufactured in a choice of PVDF, PP or PMMA body materials, the SEFL range is suitable for a wide variety of chemical dosing applications across water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial processing, agriculture and chemical transfer systems. Models are available with FKM or EPDM O-rings, multiple connection and fitting options, and optional connectors to suit different installation requirements.
The SEFL range features adjustable sensitivity for compatibility with different pump capacities and operating conditions, an onboard activity LED for visual flow indication, and is rated for operating temperatures up to 45°C and pressures up to 25 bar. Selected models are also available for high-viscosity liquids up to 8,000 cPs, making the range suitable for both standard and demanding dosing applications.
Designed for seamless integration with compatible EMEC dosing pumps, EMEC SEFL Flow Sensors improve dosing accuracy, increase system reliability and help minimise downtime by providing dependable real-time flow verification across a broad range of chemical dosing systems.
