We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products that are in original, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been installed, used, damaged, or altered in any way. Proof of purchase may be required before a return is approved.
Please note that restocking fees may apply depending on the product and the condition of the returned item.
All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned at the customer’s expense to our base in Sydney, NSW. We recommend using a tracked freight service, as AgriDosing cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved and advise the refund amount, less any applicable restocking fees.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, installed, specially ordered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 30-day return period unless required under applicable consumer law.
