Dosatron International warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
To make a warranty claim, the unit must be returned to Dosatron with the original proof of purchase. The product will be inspected by Dosatron’s technical service team to determine whether the fault is covered under warranty. The unit must be sent freight prepaid. If the claim is approved, the repaired or replacement unit will be returned at no charge.
This warranty applies only where a failure is caused by a manufacturing defect. It does not apply to damage or faults resulting from misuse, incorrect application, improper installation, lack of maintenance, use of inappropriate tools, environmental damage, corrosion, or foreign materials or liquids entering or affecting the unit.
Seals and O-rings are not covered under warranty. Damage caused by water impurities, including sand or debris, is also excluded. To maintain warranty validity, an 80-micron or finer filter must be installed upstream of the unit.
Dosatron accepts no responsibility where the unit is operated outside the product’s stated operating limits or tolerances.
This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on your location. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty to the extent permitted by law.
No express or implied warranty applies to products used in conjunction with the Dosatron injector.
Dosatron shall not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage, including economic loss, arising from a breach of this warranty or any implied warranty. No warranties extend beyond those expressly stated above.
Performance results depend on correct product selection, the chemical or solution being injected, water quality, and proper installation, operation, and maintenance. In some cases, water analysis may be required. For assistance, please contact Dosatron or a qualified authorised dealer.
