How It Works

Fertiliser or nutrient concentrate is stored in a separate chemical tank and drawn into the irrigation line by a dosing pump or Venturi injector.

Water-powered dosing pumps automatically adjust chemical injection as irrigation flow changes, helping maintain a consistent dilution ratio without electricity. Electronic dosing pumps provide greater control over the injection rate and can operate manually or from external signals.

For more advanced systems, dosing pumps can be connected to water meters, EC and pH controllers or irrigation controls. This allows nutrient and acid dosing to respond automatically to actual system conditions.
