ARAD products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be installed, used and maintained as per manufacturer instructions.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Customer may be responsible for return postage and assessment costs.
- Written notice of the defect may be required within a reasonable time after discovery.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

REQUIREMENTS
The product must be correctly selected, installed and operated within ARAD’s specified conditions. A suitable upstream filter or strainer is recommended where water quality may contain sand, grit, debris or suspended solids.
