The AZUD Modular 100 32mm BSP 130 Micron Polypropylene Disc Filter is a reliable manual filtration solution designed for irrigation water filtration applications. Built from high-quality technical plastic, this filter provides efficient particle removal, excellent durability and simple maintenance for agricultural and horticultural water systems.

The filter uses a polypropylene grooved disc element with 130-micron filtration, equivalent to 120 mesh, helping prevent clogging of drip emitters, sprinklers, valves, pumps and fertigation equipment. Its large filtration surface provides improved dirt-holding capacity, reducing the frequency of cleaning and maintaining consistent filtration performance.

The threaded closure system ensures secure compression of the disc stack during operation while allowing quick cleaning and servicing without specialised tools. During maintenance, the discs can be loosened for washing while remaining secured to prevent accidental loss.

The AZUD Modular 100 includes auxiliary threaded connections for pressure gauges, draining and pressure relief, allowing easier monitoring and maintenance of the filtration system. The technical plastic housing provides excellent resistance to corrosion and many chemical products, making it suitable for demanding irrigation environments.

With a 32mm BSP connection, maximum recommended flow up to 10 m³/h and maximum operating pressure of 8 bar, this disc filter is ideal for medium irrigation zones, fertigation systems and agricultural water filtration applications.
