The AZUD Spiral Clean Super Semi-Automatic 50mm BSP 130 Micron Polypropylene Screen Filter is a high-capacity semi-automatic screen filtration solution designed exclusively for irrigation water filtration applications requiring increased flow performance, reliable particle removal and low maintenance operation.

The AZUD Spiral Clean Super features a wide surface screen filtering element that allows water to flow through the screen while suspended particles larger than the filtration degree are retained on the filtering surface. During cleaning, the hand crank activates the internal scanner and suction nozzles, removing trapped particles from the screen surface and discharging them through the drain valve without dismantling the filter.

Manufactured with a technical plastic housing and AISI 316 stainless steel screen element, the filter provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance and reliable performance in demanding irrigation environments. The 130-micron screen filtration effectively removes suspended particles and helps protect drip emitters, sprinklers, valves, pumps and irrigation equipment from clogging.

The Super design provides enhanced filtration capacity for higher-flow applications while maintaining efficient particle separation and reliable system operation. The semi-automatic cleaning mechanism allows continuous filtration operation without interrupting filtered water supply during cleaning.

With a 50mm BSP Super connection, reinforced polyamide housing with fiberglass, stainless steel locking system and NBR sealing element, the AZUD Spiral Clean Super is suitable for agricultural irrigation, fertigation, horticulture and high-flow water filtration applications.
