The AZUD Spiral Clean Semi-Automatic 50mm BSP 100 Micron Polypropylene Screen Filter is a high-performance semi-automatic screen filtration solution designed exclusively for irrigation water filtration applications. Developed to provide high filtration quality with low maintenance requirements, this filter delivers reliable particle removal, efficient operation and continuous filtration performance.

The AZUD Spiral Clean features a wide surface screen filtering element that allows water to flow through the screen while suspended particles larger than the filtration degree are retained on the filtering surface. During cleaning, the hand crank activates the internal scanner and suction nozzles, removing trapped particles from the screen surface and discharging them through the drain valve without requiring filter dismantling.

Manufactured with a technical plastic housing and AISI 316 stainless steel screen element, the filter provides excellent durability, corrosion resistance and reliable performance in demanding irrigation environments. The 100-micron screen filtration effectively protects drip emitters, sprinklers, valves, pumps and other irrigation components from clogging.

The semi-automatic cleaning mechanism allows non-stop operation, meaning filtered water supply does not need to be interrupted during the cleaning process. With a 50mm BSP connection, reinforced polyamide housing with fiberglass, stainless steel locking system and NBR sealing element, the AZUD Spiral Clean is suitable for agricultural irrigation, fertigation, horticulture and water filtration applications.
