Dosatron D30WL30000AF High Flow 0.003–0.03% Water Powered Dosing Pump

The Dosatron D30WL30000AF is a high-capacity, non-electric proportional dosing pump designed to inject extremely low concentrations of liquid concentrate directly into a flowing water line. Powered entirely by water pressure, the unit automatically doses additives with an externally adjustable ratio from 0.003% to 0.03%, delivering precise and consistent chemical injection without the need for electricity.

Installed directly inline with the water supply, the Dosatron operates using a differential hydraulic piston motor driven by water flow. As water passes through the unit, it powers the internal motor and dosing plunger, drawing concentrate from a container and injecting it proportionally into the water stream. This ensures accurate dosing regardless of variations in water pressure or flow rate.

The D30 Series is designed for high flow water treatment and industrial dosing applications where extremely low-dose injection is essential. Its integrated mixing chamber, built-in by-pass, self-priming suction system and robust construction make it ideal for large scale treatment systems, sanitation processes and cleaning water networks.
