Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Mixtron MX300-VFX is a water-powered dosing pump designed for precise low-concentration chemical injection without the need for electrical power. Using water flow as its driving force, it ensures reliable and efficient dosing performance across industrial, agricultural, and water treatment applications.
With an adjustable dosing ratio from 0.03% to 0.3% (1:3000 to 1:350), this model is ideal for applications requiring very low concentration dosing with high accuracy. It supports a maximum water flow rate of up to 3,000 L/h, ensuring stable and consistent performance under varying operating conditions.
This VFX variant features enhanced chemical resistance with PVDF components, making it suitable for more aggressive chemical applications. Combined with VF Viton (Acidic) seals, it ensures excellent compatibility with acidic solutions and extended service life.
Constructed from durable materials including POM, PP, PVDF, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, the pump provides excellent resistance to chemicals and wear. It delivers dosing accuracy of ±5% and repeatability of ±3%, ensuring precise and dependable chemical injection.
