Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Mixtron MX700-VF is a high-capacity water-powered dosing pump designed for precise proportional chemical injection without the need for electrical power. Using water flow as its driving force, it delivers reliable and efficient dosing performance for large-scale industrial, agricultural, and water treatment applications.
With an adjustable dosing ratio from 1% to 5% (1:100 to 1:20), this model is ideal for medium to high concentration chemical dosing. It supports a maximum water flow rate of up to 7,000 L/h, ensuring stable and consistent performance in high-demand environments.
Constructed from durable materials including POM, PP, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, the pump offers excellent resistance to chemicals and wear. The VF Viton (Acidic) seals ensure compatibility with acidic solutions, providing long-term durability and reliability.
Designed for accuracy and consistency, the MX700-VF delivers dosing accuracy of ±5% and repeatability of ±3%, ensuring dependable and precise chemical injection with minimal maintenance.
