Product Warranty

Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

CONDITIONS

- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand

REQUIREMENTS

A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

How a Mixrite Works

A MixRite operates using the flow and pressure of water to power an internal hydraulic motor, eliminating the need for electricity. As water enters the unit, it drives a piston mechanism that creates suction, drawing liquid concentrate from a chemical container. This concentrate is then injected and mixed directly into the water line at a consistent, pre-set ratio.

The dosing ratio is adjusted manually using the control dial on the unit, allowing the user to fine-tune how much product is injected. As water flow increases or decreases, the MixRite automatically maintains the same proportional mix, ensuring accurate and reliable dosing at all times. This makes it ideal for applications such as fertigation, livestock medication, sanitation, and water treatment where consistency is critical.
