The Dosatron D07 Series is a compact water-powered dosing pump designed to inject a proportional amount of concentrate into a water line. It is suitable for low-flow applications such as small irrigation systems, fertigation, animal health, water treatment and chemical dosing.

No. The Dosatron D07 operates using the flow and pressure of the water line. Water activates the hydraulic motor, which draws concentrate from a container and injects it proportionally into the water.

The D07 Series operates from 5 L/h to 700 L/h, or approximately 0.022 to 3 US GPM.

The operating pressure range is 0.3 to 6 bar, or approximately 4.3 to 85 PSI.

The D07 Series includes two main versions. The D07 RE 125 doses from 0.15% to 1.25%, equal to 1:666 to 1:80. The D07 RE 5 doses from 0.8% to 5.5%, equal to 1:128 to 1:20.

The D07 uses 3/4" male BSP or NPT connections, with a listed connection size of Ø 20 x 27mm.

The package includes 1 compact Dosatron unit, 1 mounting bracket, 1 transparent suction tube 175cm long, and 1 owner’s manual.

The Dosatron D07 is self-priming and can draw concentrate up to 4 metres / 13 feet, either vertically or horizontally. The unit is supplied with a weighted foot strainer.

A water filter should be installed upstream of the Dosatron, especially where water contains particles. The manual gives an example of 50 mesh / 300 micron, depending on water quality, and the warranty section notes that filtration is required to protect the unit from water impurities such as sand.

The injection area should be rinsed after use by drawing clean water through the suction tube. Dosatron recommends routine maintenance once per year, including replacing the dosing seals and suction tube annually to maintain proper injection.
