Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

The Dosatron D20WL2 is a high flow, non-electric proportional dosing pump designed for accurate injection of liquid concentrates directly into flowing water lines. Powered entirely by water pressure, the unit automatically doses additives with an adjustable ratio from 0.2% to 2%, delivering precise and consistent chemical injection without requiring electricity.
Installed inline with the water supply, the Dosatron uses a hydraulic piston motor driven by water flow. As water passes through the pump, the internal motor activates the dosing piston which draws concentrate from a container and injects it proportionally into the water stream. This proportional dosing technology ensures reliable injection regardless of variations in water pressure or flow rate.
