Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

The Dosatron D45RE3000AF is a non-electric proportional dosing pump designed to inject very low concentrations of liquid concentrate directly into a flowing water line. Powered entirely by water pressure, the unit automatically doses additives with an externally adjustable ratio from 0.03% to 0.1%, delivering accurate and consistent chemical injection without the need for electricity.
Installed directly inline with the water supply, the Dosatron operates using water flow as its power source. As water passes through the unit, it activates the differential hydraulic motor and dosing plunger, drawing concentrate from a container and injecting it proportionally into the water stream. Inside the unit, the concentrate is mixed with the water before being forced downstream, ensuring reliable dosing regardless of variations in water pressure or flow rate.
