Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Dosatron DIA4ALVF is a robust aluminium water powered dosing pump designed for precise proportional injection of chemicals directly into flowing water lines. Featuring an adjustable dosing range of 1–4% (1:100 to 1:25), this model is ideal for applications requiring higher dosing concentrations while maintaining reliable and consistent chemical injection.
Powered entirely by water flow, the DIA4ALVF operates without electricity using a hydraulic diaphragm motor. As water passes through the unit it drives the internal motor, which simultaneously activates the dosing piston to draw concentrate from a chemical container and inject it into the water stream. This design ensures the dosing rate remains proportional to the volume of water entering the pump regardless of variations in pressure or flow.
