Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

The Dosatron HU1D25RE2AF is a complete hygiene dosing unit fitted with a D25 water powered proportional dosing pump, designed for accurate injection of liquid concentrates directly into a flowing water line. Powered entirely by water pressure, the unit automatically doses additives with an externally adjustable ratio from 0.2% to 2%, delivering reliable and consistent chemical injection without the need for electricity.
Installed directly on the water supply, the HU1 system uses the flow of water as its energy source. As water passes through the Dosatron unit, it activates the hydraulic motor and dosing plunger, drawing concentrate from a container and injecting it proportionally into the water stream. The concentrate is mixed internally with the water before being forced downstream, ensuring accurate dosing regardless of variations in flow or pressure.
The HU1 Hygiene Unit is designed as a compact wall mounted dosing station for hygiene, sanitation and disinfection applications. Supplied in an ABS wall case with shut-off valve, BA type anti-pollution disconnector, drum support and suction accessories, it is ideal for controlled dosing in healthcare, food preparation, cleaning and washdown systems.

How a Dosatron Works
