Product Warranty
DOSmart products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing or material defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Conditions
- Product must be installed, operated and maintained as per manufacturer instructions.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Product must be cleaned, drained and safe to handle before return.
- Customer may be responsible for return postage and assessment costs.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period unless stated by the manufacturer.

The Dositec WTRtec® WHITE is a multi-parameter water treatment controller designed for accurate monitoring and control of free chlorine and pH levels in inline water treatment systems. With integrated ORP (Red-Ox) safety measurement, the controller is ideal for automated chemical dosing applications requiring stable water quality management and reliable process control.
The WTRtec WHITE continuously monitors free chlorine, pH, ORP, flow and temperature values, allowing precise adjustment of dosing pumps within water treatment installations. Its multi-parameter control capability makes it suitable for drinking water systems, disinfection systems, process water treatment and automated chemical dosing applications where accurate monitoring and dosing regulation are required.
The controller supports multiple control outputs including chlorine pump output, pH pump output and relay or mA proportional control signals. Integrated RS485 Modbus communication allows easy connection with SCADA systems, external monitoring equipment and automated industrial control systems.
