DOSmart products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing or material defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Conditions
- Product must be installed, operated and maintained as per manufacturer instructions.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Product must be cleaned, drained and safe to handle before return.
- Customer may be responsible for return postage and assessment costs.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period unless stated by the manufacturer.

The Dositec DOSMART® AC 24 is an advanced control stepper motor chemical dosing pump designed for highly accurate and consistent chemical injection across water treatment, fertigation, agriculture and industrial dosing applications.
With a maximum dosing capacity of 24 L/h and pressure capability up to 5 bar, the DOSMART® AC 24 is ideal for medium to high-flow chemical dosing systems requiring stable and repeatable injection performance. Its advanced stepper motor technology delivers smooth, uniform dosing with excellent precision and low pulsation, even when handling aggressive chemicals or demanding operating conditions.
The AC advanced control version provides multiple dosing modes including manual dosing, proportional dosing, analogue 4–20 mA control, batch dosing and ModBUS communication capability. The system also supports remote start, pulse control, level sensor input, flow monitoring and remote supervision via WEB and APP connectivity, making it suitable for both standalone and fully automated dosing installations.
