Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The product will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

The EMEC PRISMA 02-80-VF is a high-precision stepper motor driven chemical dosing pump designed for applications requiring accurate and repeatable chemical injection. Engineered with advanced microprocessor-controlled stepper motor technology, the PRISMA series delivers smooth and low-pulsation dosing performance even when handling viscous chemicals.
Delivering a dosing capacity of 80 L/h at 2 bar, this model is ideal for water treatment, industrial processing, sanitation systems, and chemical dosing applications requiring reliable high-flow chemical injection. The PVDF pump head provides exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, while VF Viton seals ensure excellent compatibility with acidic media and corrosive solutions.
The intelligent digital control system features a full-color display with encoder navigation for easy programming and monitoring. Multiple operating modes including constant dosing, proportional dosing, ppm mode, percentage mode, weekly timer, and external control allow highly flexible and accurate dosing management.
