Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The product will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

The EMEC PRISMA 02-80-VF LPV is a high-precision digital stepper motor dosing pump specifically engineered for viscous liquid and high-accuracy chemical dosing applications. Featuring advanced microprocessor-controlled stepper motor technology, the PRISMA series delivers smooth, low-pulsation dosing with exceptional repeatability and precise flow control.
Designed for demanding industrial and water treatment environments, this model delivers a dosing capacity of 80 L/h at 2 bar and is optimized for handling viscous chemicals with enhanced venting and stable dosing performance. The integrated LPV Slow Mode functionality allows the stroke speed during suction to be reduced from 100% to 1%, significantly improving dosing reliability for viscous media.
The PVDF pump head offers superior resistance to aggressive chemicals, while VF Viton seals provide excellent compatibility with acidic solutions and corrosive dosing applications. Its intelligent digital interface includes a color display with encoder navigation, enabling quick setup, monitoring, and precise dosing adjustment.
With multiple operating modes including constant dosing, proportional control, ppm mode, percentage mode, weekly timer, and external control input, the PRISMA LPV series provides flexible and highly accurate chemical dosing performance across a wide range of industrial applications.
