Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The product will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

The EMEC PRISMA 04-50-EPDM is a high-precision digital stepper motor chemical dosing pump designed for reliable and accurate dosing in industrial and water treatment applications. Featuring advanced microprocessor-controlled stepper motor technology, the PRISMA series delivers smooth low-pulsation dosing with exceptional repeatability and precise flow control.
With a dosing capacity of 50 L/h at 4 bar, this model is ideal for medium to high-pressure dosing systems requiring accurate chemical metering and stable process control. The PVDF pump head provides excellent resistance to aggressive and alkaline chemicals, while EPDM seals ensure reliable compatibility with alkaline solutions and water treatment chemicals.
The intelligent digital control system features a large color display with encoder navigation for easy setup, monitoring, and dosing adjustment. Multiple operating modes including constant dosing, proportional dosing, ppm mode, percentage mode, weekly timer, and external input control allow flexible and highly accurate chemical management.
Its advanced turndown ratio of 1:4800 and integrated Slow Mode functionality ensure smooth, precise, and highly repeatable dosing performance even in demanding operating conditions.
