Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The product will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Utilizing microprocessor-controlled stepper motor technology, the PRISMA series delivers smooth low-pulsation dosing with exceptional precision and operational stability.
Delivering a dosing capacity of 5 L/h at 20 bar, this model is ideal for high-pressure alkaline chemical dosing and automated industrial dosing systems. The PVDF pump head provides excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals, while EPDM seals ensure superior compatibility with alkaline media and water treatment chemicals.
The intelligent digital control system features a large color display with encoder navigation for simple setup, monitoring, and dosing adjustment. Multiple operating modes including constant dosing, proportional dosing, ppm mode, percentage mode, weekly timer, and external input control provide highly flexible dosing management.
Integrated RS485 and Modbus RTU communication capability allows seamless integration into automated industrial control systems and remote monitoring platforms.
