Utilizing advanced microprocessor-controlled stepper motor technology, the PRISMA series delivers smooth low-pulsation dosing with exceptional repeatability and precise flow regulation.
Delivering a dosing capacity of 5 L/h at 20 bar, this model is ideal for high-pressure chemical dosing systems requiring stable and highly accurate metering performance. The PVDF pump head provides superior resistance to aggressive chemicals, while VF Viton seals ensure excellent compatibility with acidic and corrosive media.
The intelligent digital control system features a large color display with encoder navigation for easy setup, monitoring, and parameter adjustment. Multiple operating modes including constant dosing, proportional dosing, ppm mode, percentage mode, weekly timer, and external input control provide flexible and highly accurate dosing management.
Its advanced turndown ratio of 1:4800 and integrated Slow Mode functionality ensure highly homogeneous dosing performance with minimal pulsation, even in demanding industrial environments and viscous chemical applications.
