Verderflex DS500+ 4-20mA Peristaltic Chemical Dosing Pump

The Verderflex DS500+ is an industrial peristaltic chemical dosing pump designed for accurate metering, dosing and chemical transfer applications. With a flow range from 0.1 to 500 ml/min and pressures up to 7 bar, it is ideal for applications requiring reliable low-flow chemical dosing with reduced maintenance.

The DS500+ features a quick-change cartridge head, full colour 4.3" TFT touchscreen, 4–20mA input/output capability and tool-free tube changes to minimise downtime. Unlike diaphragm pumps, the peristaltic design has no valves, making it suitable for abrasive, off-gassing or lightly contaminated fluids where clogging and degassing can be an issue.
