The Grundfos DDA 60-10 FCM PTFE Smart Digital XL Dosing Pump is a high-capacity digital chemical dosing pump designed for demanding water treatment, industrial process water, fertigation, cooling water and chemical dosing applications.
As part of the Grundfos Smart Digital XL range, this pump uses a variable-speed brushless motor drive and full-stroke diaphragm dosing to deliver accurate, smooth and consistent chemical injection. The FCM control variant includes FlowControl, integrated flow measurement and AutoFlowAdapt, helping detect dosing faults such as air bubbles, overpressure, line issues and changing process conditions.
The DDA 60-10 FCM supports manual dosing, pulse control, analogue 0/4–20 mA control, batch dosing, timer functions and bus communication. It also includes level control inputs, external stop input, analogue output and two configurable output relays for integration into automated dosing systems.
This model features a PVDF dosing head, PTFE gasket and ceramic valve ball, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical dosing applications, subject to chemical compatibility.
