The Grundfos DDE 60-10 AR PTFE Smart Digital XL Dosing Pump is a high-capacity electronic chemical dosing pump designed for reliable chemical injection in water treatment, fertigation, cooling water, process water and industrial dosing systems.
As part of the Grundfos Smart Digital XL range, this pump uses an internal stepper motor drive and full-stroke diaphragm dosing to provide smooth, consistent chemical delivery. The AR control variant is suited to installations where the pump needs to operate from external signals, such as pulse input, analogue 4–20 mA control or remote stop.
The DDE 60-10 AR supports manual dosing, pulse control and analogue control, with status LEDs and an operating mode switch for simple setup. It also includes an empty tank input and two configurable output relays for alarm, low level, full stroke signal or pulse feedback.
This model features a PVC dosing head, PTFE gasket and ceramic valve ball, making it suitable for a wide range of chemical dosing applications, subject to chemical compatibility.
