The Grundfos DME375-10AR EPDM Smart Digital Dosing Pump with PP Head is a high-capacity digital diaphragm dosing pump designed for accurate chemical dosing in water treatment, fertigation, cooling water, process water and industrial chemical injection systems.
This DME model uses an internal step motor drive with digital capacity control for reliable and repeatable dosing across a wide operating range. The pump allows direct capacity setting in L/h, ml/h or US gal/h, with simple calibration to suit the actual installation.
The AR control version supports manual dosing, external pulse control, analogue 4–20 mA control, timer-based batch dosing and pulse-based batch dosing. It also includes level control, alarm relay output, maximum capacity function, anti-cavitation function and a multilingual backlit display for easier operation.
This version features a polypropylene pump housing, EPDM gasket and glass valve ball, making it suitable for a range of chemical dosing applications, subject to chemical compatibility.
