Dositec EFR® 1000+1000D Dual Head Diaphragm Adjustable Chemical Dosing Pump

The Dositec EFR® 1000+1000D Dual Head is a high volume dual-head diaphragm chemical dosing pump engineered for accurate and continuous dosing of fertilisers, chemicals and process liquids in demanding agricultural, industrial and water treatment applications. Its dual-head diaphragm configuration delivers exceptional dosing capacity while providing leak-resistant operation, reliable performance and precise chemical injection.

Each diaphragm head delivers up to 1000 L/h, providing a combined maximum flow rate of 2000 L/h at operating pressures up to 7 bar (102 PSI). The mechanically actuated diaphragm system, together with variable eccentric regulation, enables the dosing output to be manually adjusted from 0–100%, allowing precise flow control across a wide range of applications.

Manufactured using durable PP, PVDF and SS316 material options, the EFR® Dual Head diaphragm range provides excellent chemical compatibility and dependable long-term performance. Driven by a heavy-duty 2 HP electric motor, the pump is designed for continuous-duty operation with minimal maintenance and outstanding reliability.
