Dositec EFR® 1000+1000 Dual Head Piston Adjustable Chemical Dosing Pump

The Dositec EFR® 1000+1000 Dual Head is a high volume dual-head piston chemical dosing pump designed for accurate and continuous dosing of fertilisers, chemicals and process liquids in demanding agricultural, industrial and water treatment applications. Featuring two independently operating piston heads, it provides increased dosing capacity while maintaining precise chemical injection and reliable performance.

Each piston head delivers up to 1000 L/h, providing a combined maximum flow rate of 2000 L/h at pressures up to 8 bar (116 PSI). The positive return piston mechanism and variable eccentric regulation allow the dosing output to be manually adjusted from 0–100%, enabling operators to fine-tune chemical dosing to suit changing system requirements.

Constructed using high-quality PP, PVDF and SS316 material options, the EFR® Dual Head range offers excellent chemical compatibility and long service life. Its heavy-duty gearbox, robust construction and 2 HP electric motor are designed for continuous industrial operation with minimal maintenance.
