Dosatron Venturi 20mm Water Powered Inline Chemical Dosing Injector Kit

The Dosatron Venturi 3/4" Inline Water Powered Chemical Dosing Injector Kit is a simple, non-electric solution for dosing cleaning chemicals, disinfectants and liquid additives into a water line.

Using the Venturi principle, the injector creates suction as water passes through the unit, drawing chemical concentrate into the water flow without the need for electricity, batteries or a dosing pump motor. It is ideal for washdown, cleaning, sanitising and general chemical dilution applications where a compact inline injector is preferred.

The unit features a polypropylene body, built-in check valve and 12 colour-coded dosing tips for selecting different injection rates. The dosing range is approximately 1:100 to 1:2.3, equal to 1% to 43.6%, depending on the selected tip, pressure, water flow and chemical viscosity.

A simple 3-position handle allows the user to switch between dosing, rinsing and maintenance modes. In dosing mode, water and chemical are mixed together. In rinsing mode, clean water passes through without chemical injection. In maintenance mode, the Venturi can be back flushed to help reduce blockage and simplify cleaning.

The Dosatron Venturi is suitable for applications where constant water pressure and flow are available, and where a cost-effective, low-maintenance chemical dosing solution is required.
