Dositec EFR® 1200+1200D Dual Head Diaphragm Adjustable Chemical Dosing Pump

The Dositec EFR® 1200+1200D Dual Head is a high volume dual-head diaphragm chemical dosing pump engineered for accurate and continuous dosing of fertilisers, chemicals and process liquids in demanding agricultural, industrial and water treatment applications. Its dual-head diaphragm configuration provides exceptional dosing capacity while ensuring leak-resistant operation, reliable performance and precise chemical injection.

Each diaphragm head delivers up to 1200 L/h, providing a combined maximum flow rate of 2400 L/h at operating pressures up to 7 bar (102 PSI). The mechanically actuated diaphragm system, together with variable eccentric regulation, enables the dosing output to be manually adjusted from 0–100%, allowing precise flow control to suit changing operating conditions.

Constructed using durable PP, PVDF and SS316 material options, the EFR® Dual Head diaphragm range delivers excellent chemical compatibility and long-term reliability across a wide range of applications. Powered by a heavy-duty 2 HP electric motor, the pump is designed for continuous-duty operation with minimal maintenance and dependable performance.
