The Dositec EFR® 1600 is a high volume piston chemical dosing pump engineered for precise and reliable dosing of fertilisers, chemicals and process liquids across demanding agricultural, industrial and water treatment applications. Built for continuous operation, it provides dependable performance where high-capacity chemical injection is essential.

Delivering a maximum flow rate of 1600 L/h at pressures up to 5 bar (73 PSI), the EFR® 1600 is designed for large-scale dosing systems requiring consistent output and accurate flow control. The positive return piston mechanism, combined with variable eccentric regulation, enables smooth operation with a manually adjustable dosing output from 0–100%, allowing the pump to adapt to varying process requirements.

The EFR® range is manufactured using durable materials including PP, PVDF and SS316 to suit a wide variety of chemical compatibility requirements. Its robust gearbox, heavy-duty construction and 2 HP electric motor ensure reliable long-term performance in continuous-duty industrial environments.
