The Dosatron D3IL10 Series is a range of water powered dosing pumps designed for accurate proportional injection of industrial additives, including cutting oils, lubricants, coolants and other liquid concentrates, directly into water systems.
Operating entirely from water pressure, the D3IL10 dosing pumps require no electricity or external power source. As water passes through the unit, the concentrate is automatically injected in proportion to the water flow, ensuring consistent mixing accuracy even when flow conditions vary.
With an adjustable dosing range of 1–10% (1:100 to 1:10), the D3IL10 is designed for higher concentration dosing applications. With a water flow range of 10–3,000 L/hr, these dosing pumps are ideal for metalworking, CNC machine coolant preparation, soluble oil mixing, industrial lubrication systems and chemical injection applications.
