The Dosatron DIA4 Series is a diaphragm-based range of water powered dosing pumps designed for accurate proportional injection of liquid concentrates, including animal health products, nutrients, chemicals and treatment solutions, directly into water systems.
Operating entirely from water pressure, the DIA4 dosing pumps require no electricity or external power source. As water passes through the unit, the concentrate is automatically injected in proportion to the water flow, ensuring consistent and reliable dosing even when flow conditions vary.
With an adjustable dosing range of 1–4% (1:100 to 1:25), the DIA4 is designed for precise proportional dosing applications. With a water flow range of 4.5–2,500 L/hr, these dosing pumps are suitable for livestock drinking water, poultry farming, cattle farming, animal health applications, hygiene systems, water treatment and general chemical dosing applications.
