Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

Powered entirely by water pressure, the pump automatically doses additives with an adjustable ratio from 0.2% to 2%, ensuring reliable and consistent chemical injection without requiring electricity.
Installed inline with the water supply, the Dosatron operates using a hydraulic piston motor driven by water flow. As water moves through the unit, the internal motor activates the dosing piston which draws concentrate from a container and injects it proportionally into the water stream. This proportional dosing system ensures accurate injection regardless of variations in water pressure or flow rate.
