Description
Description
Metering pump, wall mount, 30 l/hr @ 3 bar, PVDF head with Viton seals for chlorine and acidic chemicals, fixed stroke length, manual adjustment via potentiometer, includes installation kit
The EMEC TCO 03-30-VF is an entry-level electronic chemical dosing pump designed for simple, reliable, and cost-effective chemical injection in low-pressure applications. Part of the EMEC T Series, this model is ideal for basic dosing tasks where consistent flow and ease of use are key.
Operating at up to 30 L/hr with a maximum pressure of 3 bar, the TCO model is suited for applications such as water treatment, agriculture, and general chemical dosing where high pressure is not required. Its constant dosing functionality ensures steady chemical delivery, controlled via a front-mounted potentiometer for easy manual adjustment.
Built with a durable PVDF pump head and Viton (VF) seals, the pump offers strong resistance to aggressive chemicals such as chlorine and acids. The high-resistance diaphragm and solenoid-driven mechanism ensure dependable performance and long service life.
Designed for wall-mounted installation, the TCO series provides a compact and practical solution for straightforward dosing requirements.

EMEC TCO Electronic Chemical Dosing Pumps
The EMEC TCO Series is a range of electronic solenoid-driven dosing pumps designed for precise and reliable chemical injection in water treatment, agriculture, and industrial applications. Unlike water-powered injectors, the TCO range uses an electric motor and adjustable stroke/speed control to accurately dose chemicals, making it ideal for systems requiring consistent dosing regardless of water flow.
The TCO Series is commonly used in chlorination systems, water treatment plants, pools, irrigation dosing, and industrial processes where controlled chemical injection is critical. With durable construction, simple adjustment, and consistent performance, EMEC TCO pumps provide a dependable solution for accurate dosing in both continuous and controlled environments.

How an EMEC Solenoid Pump Works
An EMEC solenoid dosing pump works by using an electromagnetic coil (solenoid) to drive a piston or diaphragm back and forth in rapid strokes.
When the solenoid is energised, it pulls the diaphragm inward, creating suction that draws chemical into the pump head through an inlet check valve. When the coil de-energises, a spring pushes the diaphragm outward, forcing the chemical through an outlet check valve and into the dosing line.
The dosing rate is controlled by adjusting the stroke frequency and/or stroke length, allowing precise and consistent chemical injection regardless of changes in water flow or pressure.
