Hydro Systems Chemilizer water powered dosing pumps are proportional chemical injectors designed to accurately inject liquid chemicals, nutrients and additives into water systems using the existing water supply as their power source. Proven diaphragm technology drives the chemical pump in proportion to water flow, providing consistent chemical injection even when water flow or pressure varies.
Chemilizer pumps are particularly suited to low-flow and hard-water applications and are available with fixed or adjustable injection ratios. The range operates across water flow rates from 0.02 to 11 GPM (5 to 2,500 L/hr), with operating pressures from 3 to 85 psi (0.2 to 5.8 bar). Adjustable models provide dilution ranges from 20:1 to 64:1 and 50:1 to 164:1, while fixed-ratio models are also available. The bypass chemical injection design keeps the chemical away from critical motor components, helping improve durability when handling aggressive chemicals. Applications include horticulture, nutrient delivery, line cleaning and chemical delivery, as well as animal health applications.
