Hydro Systems MiniDos water powered dosing pumps are compact, non-electric proportional injectors designed to accurately introduce liquid concentrates into water systems using water pressure and flow as the power source. The water-driven motor draws concentrate from a chemical solution container and mixes it with the incoming water, maintaining proportional dosing even when water flow or pressure changes.
MiniDos is designed for low- to mid-flow applications and offers a broad range of injection ratios from 1:4,000 to 1:5 (0.025% to 20%), with models handling water flow rates up to 12 GPM (2,725 L/hr). Multiple seal options provide chemical compatibility across different applications, while selected models feature an integrated on/off switch that allows chemical injection to be stopped while maintaining water flow. Its compact design also helps reduce installation space requirements. Typical applications include horticulture, nutrient delivery, cutting-fluid dilution, coolant dilution, lubricant dilution and industrial chemical dosing.
