Hydro Systems SuperDos 15 water powered dosing pumps are non-electric, proportional chemical injectors designed to accurately introduce liquid concentrates into water systems using water flow and pressure as the power source. The fluid-driven piston draws concentrate directly from a chemical solution container and mixes it with the incoming water, delivering a consistent proportion of concentrate in relation to water flow.
The SuperDos 15 is designed for water flow rates from 0.04 to 15 GPM (10 to 3,400 L/hr) and operating pressures from 3 to 60 psi (0.21 to 4.1 bar), with 1-inch NPT/BSP connections. Available models include 0.3%, 2.5%, 2.5% WSP and 5% versions, providing injection ranges from 0.025% to 5% depending on the model. The pump offers average dosing accuracy of ±5% of the ratio and repeatability of ±3%, with multiple seal materials available for different chemical applications.
SuperDos 15 pumps are suitable for a variety of horticultural, animal health and industrial applications, including nutrient delivery, chemical delivery, cutting-fluid dilution, coolant dilution and lubricant dilution. Their water-powered operation eliminates the need for electricity while providing reliable proportional chemical injection across changing water flow conditions.
