Hydro Systems SuperDos 20 water powered dosing pumps are non-electric, proportional chemical injectors designed to accurately introduce liquid concentrates into water systems using water flow and pressure as the power source. The water-driven piston draws concentrate directly from a chemical solution container and mixes it with the incoming water, delivering a consistent proportion of concentrate regardless of variations in water flow or pressure.
The SuperDos 20 is designed for water flow rates from 0.05 to 20 GPM (11 to 4,500 L/hr) and operating pressures from 5 to 100 psi (0.34 to 6.9 bar), with a 1-inch NPT/BSP connection. Available dosing configurations include 0.3%, 2.5%, 5% and 10% models, providing injection ranges from 0.025% to 10% depending on the model. The 10% version operates up to 65 psi, while the other standard configurations can operate up to 100 psi.
Multiple seal options provide chemical compatibility for different applications, while the SuperDos range is used across horticulture, animal health and industrial applications, including nutrient delivery, chemical delivery, cutting-fluid dilution, coolant dilution and lubricant dilution.
