Hydro Systems SuperDos 30 water powered dosing pumps are non-electric, proportional chemical injectors designed to accurately introduce liquid concentrates into water systems using water flow and pressure as their power source. The water-driven piston draws concentrate from a solution container and injects it into the water supply in proportion to the water flow, providing consistent chemical dosing without electricity.
The SuperDos 30 is designed for water flow rates from 0.15 to 30 GPM (34 to 6,800 L/hr) and operating pressures from 5 to 100 psi (0.34 to 6.9 bar). The 1-inch NPT/BSP pump is available in 0.3%, 2.5%, 2.5% WSP and 5% configurations, with injection ranges from 0.025% to 5% (1:4,000 to 1:20), depending on the model. Hydro Systems specifies average dosing accuracy of ±5% of the ratio and repeatability of ±3%.
Multiple seal options provide compatibility with different chemical types, while the SuperDos range is designed for horticulture, animal health and industrial applications including nutrient delivery, chemical delivery, cutting-fluid dilution, coolant dilution and lubricant dilution. The SuperDos 30 is particularly suited to higher-flow chemical dosing applications where reliable proportional injection is required without electrical power.
