Mixtron products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be installed, operated and maintained as per manufacturer instructions.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Customer may be responsible for return postage and assessment costs.
- Warranty claims may require written notice of the defect.
- Returns must be approved before sending the product back.
- Product must be securely packaged for return.

REQUIREMENTS
The product must be correctly installed, maintained and operated within Mixtron’s specified conditions. A suitable upstream filter or strainer is recommended where water quality may contain sand, grit, debris or suspended solids.

Constructed from durable materials including POM, PP, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, the pump offers excellent resistance to chemicals and wear. The VF Viton (Acidic) seals ensure compatibility with acidic chemicals, providing long-lasting durability.

How a Mixtron Water Powered Dosing Pump Works
A Mixtron water powered dosing pump operates using the energy of flowing water to drive a proportional injection mechanism — no electricity, no external power source required.
As water flows through the pump body, it drives an internal piston that simultaneously draws liquid concentrate from a connected supply tank. The concentrate is then injected directly into the water stream in a fixed ratio relative to the water flow — so the more water that flows, the more concentrate is dosed, always maintaining the same ratio.
The dosing ratio is set manually by adjusting the control dial on the pump body, allowing the user to select the desired concentration from within the pump's rated range. Once set, the ratio remains consistent regardless of fluctuations in water pressure or flow rate, making it a reliable hands-free solution for fertiliser injection, chemical dosing, and nutrient delivery in low flow systems.
