The Mixtron MX075-VF is a water-powered dosing pump designed for precise proportional chemical injection without the need for electrical power. With an adjustable dosing ratio from 1% to 5% (1:100 to 1:20), this model is ideal for medium to high concentration dosing applications. It supports a maximum water flow rate of up to 750 L/h, ensuring stable and consistent performance across varying operating conditions.

Constructed from durable materials including POM, PP, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, the pump offers excellent resistance to chemicals and wear. The VF Viton (Acidic) seals ensure compatibility with acidic chemicals, providing long-lasting durability.

The MX075-VF delivers consistent dosing accuracy of ±5% and repeatability of ±3%, ensuring reliable and precise chemical injection with minimal maintenance.
