Unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer’s documentation, products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer, authorised distributor or nominated assessment location with proof of purchase. The product will be inspected and repaired, replaced or credited if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

With an adjustable dosing ratio from 1% to 10% (1:100 to 1:10), this model is ideal for applications requiring strong chemical concentration and precise dosing control. Constructed from durable materials including POM, PP, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, the pump offers excellent resistance to wear and chemical exposure. The VF Viton (Acidic) seals ensure compatibility with acidic solutions, providing long-term durability and reliability.
