Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.
To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.
CONDITIONS
- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand
REQUIREMENTS
A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

With an adjustable dosing ratio from 1% to 10% (1:100 to 1:10), this model is ideal for applications requiring strong chemical concentration and precise dosing control. It supports a maximum water flow rate of up to 2,500 L/h, ensuring stable and consistent performance across varying operating conditions.
Constructed from durable materials including POM, PP, HDPE, and PA12, along with AISI 316 and Duplex stainless steel components, the pump offers excellent resistance to wear and chemical exposure. The VF Viton (Acidic) seals ensure compatibility with acidic solutions, providing long-term durability and reliability.
