Product Warranty

Dosatron products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

To claim warranty, the product must be returned to the manufacturer or authorised distributor with proof of purchase. The unit will be inspected and repaired or replaced if the defect is confirmed.

CONDITIONS

- Product must be rinsed and free of chemicals before return.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.
- Warranty repairs do not extend the original warranty period.

- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Environmental damage or corrosion
- Seal wear (consumable parts)
- Damage caused by water impurities such as sand

REQUIREMENTS

A filter (approx. 60 micron / 250 mesh) must be installed upstream of the Dosatron for the warranty to remain valid.

The Argal Astra Evo DDE 160 SPN is a high-capacity air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pump engineered for demanding hygienic and industrial applications. Featuring an electropolished AISI 316L stainless steel casing, it provides exceptional corrosion resistance and is ideal for pharmaceutical, food, and aggressive chemical environments.

Powered by compressed air, the pump operates on a 1:1 pressure ratio, ensuring reliable and safe performance without the need for electrical components. This makes it suitable for hazardous and ATEX-rated environments.

Designed with hygienic clamp (tri-clover) connections, the pump enables easy installation, maintenance, and cleaning. It is capable of handling solids up to 6 mm and provides a suction lift of up to 4.5 meters, making it suitable for high-demand fluid transfer applications.

Equipped with TPE + PTFE diaphragms, the pump delivers excellent chemical resistance and durability, especially in applications involving aggressive and high-purity fluids.
