The AZUD Modular 100 40mm 130 Micron Red Super Replacement Disc Stack is a high-capacity replacement filtration element designed for AZUD Modular 100 40mm Super disc filter systems. Manufactured from durable polypropylene, this replacement disc cartridge restores filtration efficiency and provides reliable particle removal for irrigation water filtration applications.
Featuring 130-micron filtration, equivalent to 120 mesh, the red polypropylene grooved disc stack effectively captures suspended particles while protecting drip emitters, micro-sprinklers, valves, pumps and fertigation equipment from clogging. The larger disc stack design provides an increased filtration surface area, allowing improved dirt-holding capacity and efficient filtration performance in higher-flow applications.
The replacement disc stack is designed for easy maintenance and replacement. Once the water supply is isolated and internal pressure is released, the existing disc element can be removed and replaced with the new cartridge. Regular inspection, cleaning and replacement help maintain optimum filtration performance and system efficiency.
