The AZUD Modular 100 40mm BSP 130 Micron Polypropylene Disc Filter is a robust manual filtration solution designed for irrigation water filtration applications requiring reliable performance, easy maintenance and long-term durability. Manufactured from high-quality technical plastic, this disc filter provides efficient removal of suspended particles while protecting irrigation equipment from clogging and contamination.

The filter is equipped with a polypropylene grooved disc element featuring 130-micron filtration, equivalent to 120 mesh. This filtration level helps protect drip irrigation emitters, micro-sprinklers, valves, pumps and fertigation equipment by removing unwanted particles from the water supply.

Its large 310 cm² disc filtration area provides excellent dirt-holding capacity, reducing cleaning frequency and maintaining stable filtration performance. The threaded closure system securely compresses the discs during operation while allowing easy removal and cleaning without specialised tools.

The AZUD Modular 100 features auxiliary threaded connections for pressure gauges, draining and pressure relief, making system monitoring and maintenance easier. The technical plastic housing provides excellent resistance to corrosion and many chemical products, ensuring reliable operation in demanding agricultural environments.
